Dr Abigail Sine grew up in Louisville, Kentucky before moving to Seattle to obtain a Bachelor of Science from University of Washington. After college, she did work with both companion animal and wildlife vets in the PNW. She then moved to New Zealand for seven years where she earned her DVM with an emphasis on companion animals, production animals and wildlife. Her professional interests include internal medicine, geriatric medicine, endocrinology, behavior, nutrition, integrative medicine, acupuncture and wildlife medicine. She is currently working towards a certificate in Western Veterinary Herbal Medicine and hopes to take graduate courses in evidence-based Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture.
In her free time, Dr Sine enjoys playing outdoors, hiking, camping, theater, making candles and herbal remedies, scuba diving, gardening, traveling, and going to the array of fun events in Seattle. She is happy to be back in her favorite city in the US!
