Ashley P - The Family Pet Veterinary Hospital Practice Manager Ashley P.
Practice Manager
Ashley achieved a BS in biology from Eastern WA University and worked as an analytical chemist at Brooks Rand Labs for 2 ½ years. She joined The Family Pet team to fulfill her desire to work with animals and learn more about veterinary medicine and animal health.

Ashley has two dogs, Frank, a Yorkie-Chihuahua, and Jetta, a black fluffy mutt and loves going to the dog park and on hikes/camping with them.

For fun she likes to go camping, travel, and spend time with friends and family.

Licensed Veterinary Technician
Calli is grew up in Ballard & graduated from Pima Veterinary Technician school in 2015. She has a border collie mix named Snowbear, Mabel the cat & Princess Chia the hedgehog. When Calli isn't working she loves helping with her niece's girl scout troop & hiking with Snowbear.

Kris is not one to put a picture up of herself or take any credit for the hard work and effort she has put into The Family Pet, these are just some of the reasons why we love her She has been with The Family Pet since 1997. Her specialty is cats and boarding.

Veterinary Assistant
Alexis graduated from UW with a degree in Biochemistry in June 2016. She has joined The Family Pet with 2 years of Veterinary Assistant experience. Alexis is destined for Veterinary Medicine at WSU to become a Veterinarian in the near future. Alexis also assists Dr. Schneider on farm visits.  With that big heart of hers, she acquired her cat after it was abandoned at the front door at her previous clinic. Camping, hiking, reading and going to concerts is how she spends her time outside of the clinic.

Chantell is our resident aspiring Veterinarian. Although she works only Saturdays she adds so much personality and skill to our team.  She has 2 dogs Annie, Rikku and a cat named Jet.

Diane C - Veterinary Assistant

Diane worked at an emergency veterinary clinic in Long Beach, CA prior to moving to Seattle.

She doesn’t have children, but is the human mom to Appa, a 100 lb Pitbull that has owned her since he was 8 weeks old.

When not working at The Family Pet, Diane enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, long boarding and playing video games.

Jamie D.- The Family Pet Veterinary Hospital Receptionist Jamie D.
Veterinary Assistant
Jamie worked at another vet hospital for 4 years and came to The Family Pet looking for something new. She has 4 kids. One is in the Navy, another is going to Hawaii Pacific University to study marine biology. She has a beautiful aussiedoodle. Jamie and her husband love to hike, camp and relax with friends

Veronica, a native Seattleite, has been working in the veterinary field since 2008 and has been a valued Family Pet team member since 2012

Veronica's hobbies include shooting, crafts, gardening and hanging with her 4 cats.

Ashley grew up in the Seattle area and has always had a passion for a wide variety of animals. She then attended the U of A to study equine science after high school. She has 2 years of veterinary reception experience prior to joining The Family Pet team. Outside of work you can find her camping, kayaking, traveling and playing mini golf. Ashley's fur children, Charley, Jasmine, Toulouse and Marie, mean the world to her!

Kelley B.- The Family Pet Veterinary Hospital Receptionist Kelley B.
Kelley was born and raised in California. She moved to the Seattle area when she was 18. Kelley attended Pima Medical Institute, Seattle Campus.  In  2010 she became a certified veterinary assistant. She has been in the field ever since, working with many different types of animals.

Kelley has two rescued long-haired orange cats that are her world: Simba and Nala. When not working, she can be found doing lots of reading, writing, scrap-booking and most importantly snuggling her kitties.

Michelle W, The Family Pet Veterinary Hospital Receptionist Michelle W.
Michelle, a recent North Carolina State University graduate, fulfilled her dream of moving to Seattle. While in school she volunteered at the Raleigh Reptile Rescue and occasionally helped train therapy dogs. She has a love all animals, especially ferrets, pigs, rats, cats and more. In her free time she enjoys hiking, wake boarding and sketching.

Tara S, The Family Pet Veterinary Hospital Receptionist Tara S.
Tara has an extensive customer service background and displays a love of helping others. Tara came to the Family Pet because she enjoys day to day interaction with both people and their furry friends. She currently doesn't have pets, but is a mother which give her so much to be proud of.

Hiking, exploring new things to do in Washington and spending time with her family are things she does for fun. She has a love for photography and taking pictures everywhere she goes. She is always willing to try something new!

Meghan M - Kennel Technician Meghan M.
Kennel Technician
Meghan currently attends Shoreline Community college in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in zoology. Her passion is animals and is a frequent volunteer in wildlife sanctuaries. She currently has two cats and a dog that practically run her house. Meghan’s main hobby is exploring new restaurants and new places – creating memories.

Loving anything computer related, Faye has been designing and maintaining web sites since the mid/late 1990's.

She wears many creative hats; cake decorating, soap making, sewing, gardening and more. She lives with her daughter,3 kittens and 5 alpacas.
