In order to focus on your pet's needs and minimize costs, FULL Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We do not bill.
We strive to maintain reasonable fees, however, to provide exceptional service using the best medical technologies and the most progressive veterinary services possible, our fees must be set accordingly.
Estimates are provided for all surgeries and hospitalizations, and upon request, all other services. We are always happy to review your pet's treatment plan with you and provide you with a cost estimate of services to be provided
Please be aware, even though we make every effort to be accurate and think of everything in advance, an estimate is only an estimation of cost and not an exact total of your bill.
We accept cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards, pet insurance and gift certificates.
Check Policy: A valid photo ID (driver's license or state ID card), social security number and date of birth is required. We do not hold checks, so please do not post date your check. In the event that a check is returned, you will be assessed a Returned-Check Fee of $35.
Credit/Debit Card Policy:We accept all major credit cards. The card must be signed and the card holder present to process any Credit/Debit Card Payments.
Veterinary Pet Insurance is becoming another popular option. Insurance can be very valuable, particularly during those stressful times of unexpected illnesses and injuries. We recommend obtaining insurance while your pet is young. Insurance, companies and plans vary greatly, therefore, shop around, ask questions, compare and find the plan that's right for you.
