Ezra’s love for animals of all shapes and sizes started in Montana, where their parents raised snakes, tarantulas, and dart frogs. They volunteered with a reservation dog rescue from the age of 12 until moving to Washington in 2018.
Ezra earned their veterinary technician license in July 2025, which lets them do even more for the critters they love. And they love all of them.
Outside work Ezra paints in watercolor, felts, makes collages, and sews. At home there are two cats, three frogs, and a tarantula.
